Szalay, Zsuzsi

She believes in the power of sincere curiosity, laughter, and professionalism. This is that predicts her activities as CEO of the company, trainer and coach. Zsuzsi is convinced, that she has to combine her business experiences of 2 decades as a trainer and leader with her original professional education as an economist. She has more than 1000 coaching hours with top and middle managers, experts and talented associates. Her fluency in German and English allowed her to be up to date in the international trends of our profession, and to design, roll out and train international programs. She is a dedicated training provider of AchieveForum Incorporation in Hungary.

She develops new training designs based on her wide range of experiences collected in leadership seminars, workshops, and executive coaching and by doing so she ensures the knowledge transfer within the team. Zsuzsi is devoted to steadily renewal and conscientiousness, therefore she is real thinking- and working partner and consultant.

Kiss, Olga PhD

Her extensive professional knowledge is coupled with the creativity and thoroughness of the researcher.

She is a coach registered by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Hungarian Association for Coaches. She has a GROW (EMCC EQA) coach qualification at the Practitioner level. She is an Assistant Professor at Budapest Corvinus University and a member of the board of EMCC Hungary (VP of Research).

In coaching, she is empathetic and attentive, easy to fit into the customer’s mindset. Her openness, sensitivity, cognitive analytical skills, and unique approach make her coaching particularly valuable to her clients.

Krecz, Tímea

Openness, positive approach and empathetic listening. Timi is characterized by these skills when she is helping others to see a situation in a different way. Her solution-oriented focus helps participants in discovering and unlocking their inner resources. She is adapting her methodology to the actual needs of a situation, team or individual. She is supporting trust based co-operation, and uses the energy of “here and now”.
Timi is dedicated to continuous improvement, renewal, and widening her view, while she sharing all her expertise with others. Her unique and diverse sales and leadership experience she has the following certifications: organizational development supervisor, executive coach; NLP Master Practitioner.
Integrating consciously her versatile studies and working for decades in a multinational environment are the fundaments for her solutions as trainer and coach.

Szendrei, Attila

The best mixture of authority and empathy, Attila is unique as a trainer as special thanks to his well- trained observations skills and discipline. Due to his 20 years of experience as a leader, he is an authentic trainer running leadership programs and individual coaching. As a coach, he uses real-life examples to support his coachee to find the best solutions.
Last years he has designed and facilitated several talent management programs, where he took a key role in identifying high potentials (AC/DC), and systematically developing them through training and group coachings. He spent some years in the media so presentation and conflict solving and negotiation skills belong as well to his strengths.
His main interest is in stress management and to be able to contribute to building optimism and trust in our environment.

Szirmai, Andrea

She is colorful, outgoing. Andrea as a trainer opens up the groups easily and is able to create an atmosphere in which participants become communicative and empathic with each other. She has been regularly asked to provide participants with personal counseling and coaching following the training or workshops. Her favorite area is giving tools to improve individuals’ assertive behavior and communication. Her teacher and trainer experience make it easy for her to spontaneously adapt to and easily handle the various experience levels and expectations of the training participants. She an extraordinary experience in creating and moderating a dialogue between the leader and his/her team, sometimes even resolving conflict situations, which all contribute a lot to the team cooperation and development.
Andrea is a qualified trainer of the American AchieveForum Corporation. She delivers her programs in Hungarian and English. She has been a contractual colleague of Profil Training since 2008.

Welsh, Kriszta

Energetic and well-organized, yet still an immensely sociable and easy-going trainer. Thanks to her natural style, Kriszta can always find the way within seconds to bond to the participants of her programs. Her 15-year leadership practice in a multinational environment, and the experience she gained by consultancy and organization development guarantee that she is credible and works with a very practical approach to training, workshop or coaching situations. As a project manager, she acquired the agile mindset as well as the SCRUM methodology and is always open to new and creative approaches, which she can adapt and deliver effectively in her trainings. She strongly believes in human-centric leadership, in interpersonal skills development, and in continuous improvement.
She is familiar both in the corporate and civil sphere. She is concerned about taking social responsibility, sensitization and equal opportunities to those in underprivileged circumstances.
Besides, Kriszta as the founder of a communication center for secondary school and university students determinedly works on equipping the Z generation with competitive skills that will assist them to bravely face future challenges.
She delivers trainings and workshops both in English and Hungarian.

Zsemberi, Adél

Sophisticated communication, empathy and integrity are hallmarks of Adel’s style.

She has a flair for adapting to the group’s needs regarding either the pace of training programs or moderation of workshops; her 15 years’ of work experience in HR at multinational companies plus her years spent on assignment abroad, then later at Hungary leadership level, qualified her to replicate a wide spectrum of business situations.

Adel is a great choice for talent development and leader training programs given her successful tenure and exposure in global and regional roles (including project lead).

Her energetic approach combined with intellectual humility is appreciated by our clients.

Adel is professionally intrigued by the power of different perspectives, and she is eager to make people aware of their individual responsibility for a sustainable world.

Adel delivers programs in both Hungarian and English.

Szeles, Dóra

Knowledgable economist and auditor and financial expert. Dora has been our contracted trainer for years. As an outstanding economist, she provides expertise when it’s about strategic decisions, financial issues, and top management challenges. She takes part in program design and facilitation. Above that thanks to her wide network, she support us at selling our services.

Csaba, Gabriella

As being extremely responsible and caring, Gabi is the best office manager you could ever choose. With her calmness and temperance, she creates an inviting atmosphere in the office. She is an exceptional organizer; she has an “inventory map” in her mind. If you ask for some tools, she just reaches out for a drawer or shelves and you immediately get what you want. Gabi graduated from Hotel and Tourisme in German language and later continued her studies at the University Corvinus and became an HR specialist.
Above leading the associates of the back office Gabi manages our web tools as well – including the ProfilSurvey Test program. If the group size requires Gabi supports our team as a co-trainer as well.

Martinovszky, Anikó

As an expert in the language of law Aniko ensures our legal compliance. You have never met somebody who is that familiar with the difficult formula of law as she is. She is up to date to learn and implement all kind of new regulation. She has been our associates since 2003. Beside law issues, she deals with administrative financial tasks and controlling issues as well. If you have some open questions concerning our invoices she is the one to give you the correct answer.
She is the master of Adult Education – how to become officially certified as a company for Adult Education, she is chasing the news how to apply for funds and if Profil gets it, she is the one who prepares the appropriate documentation of it.
Profil wouldn’t be there, where it is without her.
