• Trainer-coach-moderator team with 25 years of experience in the training market. We have held over 5000 training days with around 30 000 participants and there are 1700 individual coaching hours behind us. We build long-term relationships with our Clients, we familiarise ourselves with their industry, business, corporate culture and challenges in order to better understand their needs and goals – to offer them a programme that is tailored to their profile.
• Specialists in the field of continuous development and change – our primary task is to strengthen a healthy consciousness of self-worth along with a realistic and optimistic mindset that are the basic preconditions for learning and renewal.
• Technology is important for us – as a leading-edge company we acknowledge the importance of technology in the world of business. Therefore, we use and teach a wide range of tools: blended learning, online tests, virtual/skype meetings and webinars.
• Global partnership and up-to-date knowledge – Profil Training Kft. is the official Central European partner of AchieveForum (achieveforum.com), a Boston-based global leading training institute. In Europe we have training partners in Austria, Germany, Slovenia, France, Russia and Poland.

Profil Training Kft. was established in 1991 by a team of trainers and coaches thanks to their successful work. In 1999 it became a fully Hungarian-owned company. Our company philosophy

Profil Training Kft. is the only Hungarian development and training company that has used the findings of the Positive Psychology Movement ever since 2002 as the basis for its programmes. Our ‘Positive Leadership’ concept entails a leadership practice that can address the challenges of the VUCA world. We have organised several national conferences in the topic of Positive Psychology.

In cooperation with the Akadémiai Kiadó (Publisher of the Hungarian Academy of Science) 2-2 books by Martin Seligman and Barbara Fredrickson have been translated and published in Hungarian.  We have represented Hungary at the World Conference on Positive Psychology on several occasions.

We offer a training programme registered with the National Labour Office that develops and boosts optimistic thinking.
