Why is it important?

• In today’s fast life there are more and more work related accidents resulting serious injuries being incapable to work. It is a common interest of every company that the number of these accidents not only decreases but entirely disappears. This program has been created in order to achieve that the importance of safety should not be only a slogan among the company values, but everyone at the company lives his/her life accordingly urged by intrinsic motivation. Moreover, people should pay not only attention to his or her own safety but to everyone else’s around. This mindset results a higher level of team spirit, the feeling of belonging together, and networking.
